These Community Guidelines exist to protect our users and foster a supportive global community. By using Globi Explore, you agree to follow these guidelines.
What We Encourage
We want you to:
- Be respectful and inclusive to everyone you interact with
- Share meaningful, authentic travel content and experiences
- Leave honest, constructive ratings and reviews
- Report unsafe or inappropriate behavior quickly
- Respect cultural norms and local laws when traveling
What We Do Not Tolerate
To protect our community, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
Disrespectful or Abusive Conduct
- Hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, or bullying
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind
Inappropriate Content
- Nudity, sexual content, or violent material
- Fake reviews, spam, or misleading information
- Posting private information without consent
Fraud & Scams
- Impersonating other users
- Attempting to deceive, scam, or exploit others
- Offering illegal goods or services
Unsafe Behavior
- Promoting dangerous or harmful activities
- Violating local laws while traveling or guiding
- Encouraging violence or self-harm
What Happens If You Break the Rules
We take violations seriously. If you break these guidelines, we may:
- Warn you or temporarily suspend your account
- Remove your content
- Permanently ban your account from the platform
- Report illegal activity to relevant authorities

Creating a Respectful, Safe, and Honest Community on Globi Explore
1. Overview
Globi Explore, Inc. is a global community of travelers, guides, transporters, and sellers of travel-related products. To maintain a trusted space for exploration and connection, we expect all users to follow this Code of Conduct.
Violating this code may result in warnings, content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.
2. Respect Others
- Be courteous and professional in all interactions
- Do not engage in hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or bullying
- Respect different cultures, backgrounds, and identities
3. Use the Platform Honestly
- Only post accurate, truthful information
- Do not impersonate others
- Do not attempt to scam, defraud, or exploit users
4. Protect Your Own Safety (and Others')
- Never ask or accept off-platform payments - this is strictly prohibited
- Keep all bookings and communication on Globi Explore
- Report suspicious, abusive, or unsafe behavior
5. Respect the Platform
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Globi Explore
- Follow all platform policies, including our Terms, Community Guidelines, and Payment Rules
- Help build trust by leaving honest reviews and treating others fairly
6. What Happens If You Break the Code
We take violations seriously. Depending on severity and frequency, we may:
- Remove your content
- Temporarily restrict your account
- Permanently ban you from the platform
- Escalate serious cases to law enforcement
Travel Buddy Safety
Our Travel Buddy feature is designed to help you find compatible travel companions. To keep this community safe for everyone:
DO:
- ✓ Verify your identity to build trust with potential buddies
- ✓ Read buddy reviews before accepting or sending requests
- ✓ Meet in public places before committing to shared travel plans
- ✓ Keep all trip planning conversations on the Platform
- ✓ Share your trip itinerary with a trusted contact outside the Platform
- ✓ Report any concerning behavior through the in-app report feature
- ✓ Leave honest reviews after traveling with a buddy
- ✓ Respect boundaries — if a buddy changes their mind, accept it gracefully
DON'T:
- ✗ Share personal contact information (phone, address) before meeting in person
- ✗ Send money to buddies outside the Platform's payment system
- ✗ Travel alone with someone you haven't met in person at least once
- ✗ Ignore red flags — trust your instincts
- ✗ Pressure someone to share accommodation or private spaces
- ✗ Misrepresent your identity, gender, age, or travel experience
- ✗ Use the buddy system for romantic solicitation or dating purposes
Reporting Buddy Concerns
If you experience any unsafe or inappropriate behavior from a travel buddy:
- Use the in-app “Report” button on their profile
- Include specific details and any evidence (screenshots, timestamps)
- Our safety team reviews all buddy-related reports within 24 hours
- Serious violations result in immediate account suspension
- We cooperate with law enforcement for criminal matters
Emergency & Crisis Response
During a Trip
- Use the Platform's SOS feature to alert our safety team
- Call local emergency services (112 in EU, 911 in US, or local equivalent)
- Share your live location with a trusted contact through the Platform
Incident Reporting
- Report any safety incident within 48 hours through the Platform
- Provide detailed account, photos, and witness information if available
- Our team will respond to safety reports within 24 hours

Moderator Guidelines & Enforcement Policy
How We Keep the Globi Explore Community Safe, Fair, and Trustworthy
1. Our Moderation Team's Role
Globi Explore, Inc. moderators:
- Review reports of abuse, fraud, safety concerns, and violations
- Monitor flagged content and suspicious behavior
- Respond to safety tips, off-platform payment attempts, or scam activity
- Maintain neutrality and fairness in all investigations
2. What Moderators Can Do
Depending on the situation, moderators may:
- Warn or educate users
- Hide or remove content
- Freeze or permanently suspend accounts
- Assist with dispute resolution (non-binding mediation)
3. How Reports Are Handled
- All reports are reviewed within a reasonable timeframe
- Reports with evidence are prioritized
- Users may be contacted for additional details
- The reporting process is private and confidential
4. No Tolerance for Certain Behaviors
Globi Explore will take immediate and irreversible action if moderators find:
- Harassment, stalking, or threats
- Off-platform payment attempts
- Child exploitation or abuse
- Promotion of violence or hate

At Globi Explore, Inc., safety, transparency, and fairness are core to how we operate. To protect our global community of travelers, tour guides, transport providers, and sellers of travel-related products, all bookings, payments, and transactions must take place exclusively on the Globi Explore platform.
Any attempt to arrange or complete payments outside the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or removal.
Before Booking or Meeting Anyone
- Check Ratings and Reviews
Review past feedback to ensure you're engaging with trustworthy users. - Only Book Verified Providers
Use our filters and badges to find approved guides, transporters, and sellers. - Use In-App Messaging to Communicate
Keep all pre-booking questions and discussions within Globi Explore. This ensures your communication is recorded and protected.
No Off-Platform Payments Allowed
4. All Payments Must Be Made Through Globi Explore
Globi Explore, Inc. handles all payments securely to:
- Protect your money
- Ensure refunds or rescheduling if needed
- Enforce cancellation policies
- Guarantee platform fees are applied properly
5. Off-Platform Transactions Are Strictly Prohibited
You may not, under any circumstances:
- Send or receive payments through cash, bank transfer, PayPal, WhatsApp, or any third-party method
- Ask for or accept alternative payment methods
- Offer discounts for off-platform deals
Violating this rule is grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
6. Why We Require This
Handling payments through Globi Explore is essential to:
- Maintain fairness between users
- Ensure service quality and moderation
- Protect everyone from fraud or manipulation
If someone asks you to pay or receive money outside Globi Explore, report them immediately.
Meeting In Person? Play It Smart
7. Choose Public Meeting Spots
Always meet for the first time in a public, well-lit place.
8. Let Someone Know Your Plans
Share who you're meeting, where, and when you'll check in.
9. Don't Ever Exchange Cash
Even for in-person bookings or marketplace pickups, all transactions must still go through Globi Explore.
Using the Marketplace
10. Buy and Sell Through Globi Explore, Inc. Only
Our platform protects both buyers and sellers. Any transaction or delivery made outside our system is unsupported and unauthorized.
Red Flags to Report
11. "Private Deal" or "Better Price If You Pay Me Directly"
Report immediately. This is against our Terms.
12. Requests to Use Other Apps for Payment
CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, etc. = not allowed.
13. Inappropriate Messages, Pressure, or Threats
We take these seriously. Report anything suspicious or uncomfortable.
If You See Something, Say Something
Your safety and trust are everything. If someone violates these rules:

Globi Explore is built to create meaningful, trustworthy travel connections - not risky side deals.
- Never pay or accept payment outside Globi Explore.
- Never deliver services or goods without a platform booking.
- Never risk your safety or our community standards.
Child Protection & Safety Policy - Globi Explore, Inc
We strictly prohibit unsupervised minor use, grooming, and abuse.
1. Platform Intended for Adults
Globi Explore, Inc is a platform built for users aged 18 and older.
We do not permit children to use the platform independently under any circumstances. Minors aged 13 to 17 may only access Globi Explore if:
- A parent or legal guardian creates and supervises the account
- The minor is not using the platform to post, message, or meet other users
- The minor is not engaging in any bookings or financial transactions
2. Zero Tolerance for Child Exploitation or Abuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward:
- Child sexual exploitation or abuse (CSEA)
- Grooming or inappropriate messaging
- Uploading, sharing, or soliciting child-related explicit or harmful content
- Inappropriate contact with minors through travel, tours, or transportation services
Any user found to be engaging in such behavior will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement immediately.
3. Service Provider Expectations
If a tour guide, transport provider, or seller interacts with users who are minors (e.g., part of a family trip), they must:
- Never be alone with the minor
- Communicate only through the parent or guardian
- Maintain professional, appropriate boundaries
- Immediately report suspicious behavior by any user toward minors
4. Content Moderation for Child Safety
We monitor and moderate content for anything involving:
- Unaccompanied minors in unsafe travel settings
- Photos or videos of children uploaded without consent
- Conversations or interactions flagged as inappropriate toward young users
Content will be removed, and users will be investigated or banned where needed.
5. Reporting & Enforcement
If you suspect child abuse, grooming, or any threat to a minor:

Globi Explore, Inc will:
- Investigate all reports
- Cooperate fully with law enforcement
- Provide evidence or account data as legally required
6. COPPA and Legal Compliance
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and global regulations to ensure that children under 13 are never targeted, tracked, or allowed to use Globi Explore.
7. Educational Reminders for Parents & Guardians
- Never allow a minor to use Globi Explore, Inc. unsupervised
- Always accompany children on trips arranged through our platform
- Report any behavior or content that seems unusual, suggestive, or unsafe

Sexual Harassment & Assault Policy
Globi Explore, Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment and sexual assault. The safety and dignity of every user is paramount, and we are committed to taking swift, decisive action against any form of sexual misconduct on or through our Platform.
Definitions
The following behaviors constitute sexual harassment or assault within the context of the Globi Explore platform:
- Unwelcome Sexual Advances: Unsolicited romantic or sexual proposals made through Platform messaging, during rides, tours, buddy meetups, or any Platform-facilitated interaction.
- Sexually Explicit Communication: Sending or sharing sexually explicit messages, images, videos, or links through Platform messaging or during in-person interactions facilitated by the Platform.
- Unwanted Physical Contact: Any non-consensual physical touching, including but not limited to groping, grabbing, kissing, or other physical contact of a sexual nature during rides, tours, or buddy meetups.
- Sexual Coercion: Using position, authority, or platform status to pressure, manipulate, or coerce another user into sexual activity, including offering favorable reviews, lower prices, or other benefits in exchange for sexual favors.
- Voyeurism & Non-Consensual Recording: Secretly recording, photographing, or livestreaming another person in a private or intimate context without their explicit consent.
- Sexual Assault: Any form of non-consensual sexual contact or penetration, regardless of the relationship between the parties or the context of the interaction.
Context-Specific Examples
Given the nature of our Platform, users may find themselves in close physical proximity during rides, tours, and buddy meetups. The following are examples of prohibited conduct in these specific contexts:
- During Rides: A driver making sexual comments about a passenger's appearance, a driver taking an unauthorized detour to an isolated location, a passenger inappropriately touching a driver.
- During Tours: A tour guide making unwanted sexual advances toward a traveler, inappropriate physical contact disguised as "cultural customs," pressuring a traveler to visit private accommodations.
- During Buddy Meetups: Using the buddy feature as a dating or hookup service, pressuring a travel buddy to share accommodation or private spaces, unwanted romantic or sexual contact during shared travel.
Reporting
If you experience or witness sexual harassment or assault:
- If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services (911, 112, or your local equivalent)
- Use the Platform's SOS feature during an active trip
- Report through the in-app report feature on the offending user's profile
- Email [email protected] with details and any evidence
- Call our 24/7 safety hotline (available during active bookings)
All reports of sexual misconduct are treated with the highest priority and strict confidentiality. Retaliation against anyone who reports sexual misconduct in good faith is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Consequences
Users found to have engaged in sexual harassment or assault will face:
- Immediate account suspension pending investigation
- Permanent ban from the Platform upon confirmation
- Referral to law enforcement authorities
- Cooperation with legal proceedings, including providing relevant Platform data as permitted by law
Anti-Discrimination Policy
Globi Explore, Inc. is committed to building an inclusive platform where every user is treated with dignity and respect. Discrimination of any kind undermines the trust and safety of our global community.
Prohibited Discriminatory Behaviors
The following are specific examples of discriminatory conduct that is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Refusal of Service
- Declining a booking or cancelling a confirmed service based on a user's race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, age, or national origin
- Refusing to pick up a passenger or declining a tour request after viewing a user's profile photo or name
- Charging different prices or providing different service levels based on any protected characteristic
Discriminatory Language
- Using racial slurs, ethnic insults, homophobic language, or other derogatory terms in messages, reviews, or in-person interactions
- Making derogatory comments about a user's accent, language proficiency, clothing, or cultural practices
- Posting reviews that reference a user's protected characteristics rather than the quality of service
Hostile Environment Creation
- Displaying symbols, imagery, or materials that promote hate or intolerance during rides, tours, or marketplace interactions
- Making offensive jokes or comments targeting specific groups
- Creating an unwelcoming atmosphere through persistent microaggressions or passive-aggressive behavior targeting a user's identity
Reporting Discrimination
If you experience discrimination on the Platform, report it immediately through:

LGBTQ+ Safety & Inclusion
Globi Explore, Inc. is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive platform for users of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions. We celebrate diversity and stand firmly against discrimination targeting LGBTQ+ users.
Our Commitment
- LGBTQ+ users are welcome and valued members of the Globi Explore community
- Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech targeting sexual orientation or gender identity is strictly prohibited
- Service providers may not refuse service based on a user's sexual orientation or gender identity
- All users are expected to use respectful language and honor each person's self-identified gender and pronouns
Country-Specific Safety Advisories
Globi Explore operates globally, and we recognize that LGBTQ+ rights and protections vary significantly across jurisdictions. While we enforce our anti-discrimination policies uniformly on the Platform, we also want LGBTQ+ travelers to make informed decisions:
- Research Your Destination: Laws regarding LGBTQ+ individuals vary widely. Some destinations may criminalize same-sex relationships or restrict gender expression. We encourage all travelers to research local laws and customs before traveling.
- Safety Advisories: Where available, the Platform may display safety advisories for destinations with known risks for LGBTQ+ travelers. These advisories are informational and do not constitute legal advice.
- Discretion: In destinations where local laws may pose risks, LGBTQ+ travelers should exercise appropriate caution regarding public displays of affection and personal disclosure.
Reporting LGBTQ+ Discrimination
If you experience discrimination or harassment based on your sexual orientation or gender identity while using the Platform:
- Report through the in-app report feature, selecting "Discrimination" as the category
- Email [email protected] with details of the incident
- All reports are handled with sensitivity and confidentiality
Globi Explore, Inc. will take appropriate action against any user who discriminates against LGBTQ+ individuals, up to and including permanent account removal.
Real-Time Safety During Trips
Your safety during active rides, tours, and buddy meetups is our highest priority. This section outlines the safety tools available to you and what to do if you feel unsafe during a Platform-facilitated interaction.
If You Feel Unsafe During an Active Trip
- Stay Calm: Assess the situation and prioritize your personal safety above all else.
- Use the SOS Feature: Tap the SOS button in the active trip screen. This will immediately alert our safety team and share your real-time location with them and your designated emergency contacts.
- Call Emergency Services: If you are in immediate physical danger, call local emergency services (911, 112, or your local equivalent) before contacting the Platform.
- Share Your Location: Use the Platform's "Share My Trip" feature to send your real-time location to a trusted contact outside the Platform.
- Request to End the Trip: You have the right to end any ride, tour, or meetup at any time for any reason. Ask to be dropped off at a safe, public location.
SOS Feature Details
- Available during all active rides, tours, and guided experiences
- Sends your real-time GPS location to our safety team
- Automatically notifies your designated emergency contacts
- Records audio (with your consent) for the duration of the emergency
- Our safety team will attempt to contact you within 60 seconds of an SOS activation
Driver/Guide Tracking
During active rides and tours, the Platform tracks the service provider's location in real-time. This data is used for:
- Route verification (ensuring the driver/guide follows the expected path)
- ETA calculation and trip progress updates
- Post-trip dispute resolution
- Emergency response if an SOS is activated
Trip tracking data is retained for 90 days after trip completion and is then deleted unless required for an ongoing investigation or dispute.
Emergency Contacts
We strongly encourage all users to set up emergency contacts in their Platform profile. Emergency contacts will be notified automatically if you activate the SOS feature and can view your real-time location during an active emergency. You can add, edit, or remove emergency contacts at any time through your profile settings.
How the Platform Will Intervene
When a safety concern is reported during an active trip, Globi Explore may take the following actions:
- Contact the user who activated SOS to assess the situation
- Contact the service provider to request an explanation or course correction
- Coordinate with local emergency services if physical danger is indicated
- Immediately suspend the service provider's account if a credible threat is identified
- Preserve all trip data (GPS routes, messages, recordings) as evidence
- Follow up with both parties within 24 hours of the incident
AI Content Moderation Transparency
Globi Explore, Inc. uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to help maintain community safety and enforce Platform policies. We believe in transparency about how these systems work and how they affect our users.
How AI Moderation Works
Our AI content moderation system analyzes user-generated content, including posts, messages, images, reviews, and profile information, to identify potential policy violations. The system is designed to detect:
- Hate speech, discriminatory language, and slurs
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Threats, harassment, and bullying
- Spam, scams, and fraudulent listings
- Content involving minors in unsafe contexts
- Off-platform payment solicitation
- Fake reviews and rating manipulation
Human Review Process
AI moderation is a first line of defense, not the final decision-maker. Content flagged by our AI system is subject to the following process:
- Automated Flagging: AI identifies potentially violating content and assigns a confidence score.
- High-Confidence Actions: Content with very high confidence scores for severe violations (e.g., child exploitation, explicit threats) may be immediately removed and the account suspended pending human review.
- Human Review: All other flagged content is queued for review by our trained human moderation team, typically within 24 hours.
- Decision & Action: Human moderators make the final determination on whether content violates policies and what enforcement action, if any, to take.
Appeal Mechanism
If your content is removed or your account is restricted due to AI-flagged content, you have the right to appeal:
- Appeals can be submitted through the in-app appeal feature or by emailing [email protected]
- All appeals are reviewed by a human moderator (not the same moderator who made the original decision, where possible)
- Appeal decisions are typically issued within 5 business days
- If the appeal is successful, your content will be restored and any account restrictions will be lifted
False Positive Handling
We acknowledge that automated systems are not perfect and may occasionally flag legitimate content. If your content is incorrectly removed:
- Submit an appeal as described above
- Successful appeals are used to improve our AI systems and reduce future false positives
- We track false positive rates and continuously refine our moderation algorithms
- No negative record is kept on your account for content that is restored after a successful appeal
