Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Globi Explore, Inc. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Globi Explore, Inc.'s website, mobile application, or related services (collectively, the ‘Platform‘), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms“). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By accessing or using Globi Explore, Inc. you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms.
Globi Explore is a social travel platform that enables travelers to:
Globi Explore, Inc. is a technology facilitator and connector. We are not a travel agency, tour operator, transportation provider, employer, insurer, broker, or guarantor. Users and service providers on the Platform are independent third parties who contract directly with one another. Globi Explore, Inc. does not own, control, manage, supervise, or operate any tours, transport, accommodations, or marketplace items, and does not guarantee their quality, safety, legality, or availability. Globi Explore Inc. is not a party to any agreement between users and disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from those interactions. Use of the Platform and any related services is at your own risk.
To access and use certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to maintain and promptly update your information as needed. Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to verify any information provided, refuse registration, or suspend an account at its discretion. Each individual may maintain only one account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not. Globi Explore, Inc. is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or harmful activity, or posed a risk to the safety, integrity, or reputation of the Platform or its community.
All users offering services through Globi Explore, Inc., including but not limited to travel buddies, guides, drivers, hosts, renters, and sellers, are independent contractors.
Globi Explore, Inc. does not employ, supervise, or control users and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, or compliance with laws.
Each service provider is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, permits, insurance, and tax registrations required in their location.
Globi Explore, Inc. shall not be held liable for any legal, tax, or regulatory issues arising from user operations.
By creating an account, listing services, or offering any services or products through Globi Explore, Inc., each service provider (including but not limited to tour guides, travel agencies, drivers, transport operators, hosts, accommodation providers, renters, and sellers) represents and warrants that:
(i.) They hold and will maintain all licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, certifications, and insurance required under applicable local, regional, national, and international laws to lawfully provide their listed services or products.
(ii.) All information, documents, statements, uploads, and confirmations they provide to Globi Explore are true, accurate, complete, current, and not misleading.
(iii.) They are solely responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with all applicable tourism, transportation, accommodation, rental, commercial, consumer protection, tax, and safety laws in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
(iv.) They acknowledge that Globi Explore, Inc. does not independently verify the legality, validity, or sufficiency of their licenses or permits beyond platform-level checks, and that verification does not constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee by Globi Explore.
(v.) They agree to immediately update their information and documentation if any license, permit, insurance, or legal authorization expires, is suspended, revoked, or materially changes.
Failure to comply with these representations and warranties constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
Each service provider (including but not limited to tour guides, travel agencies, drivers, transport operators, hosts, accommodation providers, renters, and sellers) agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Globi Explore, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
(i.) The service provider's breach of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or any platform policies.
(ii.) The service provider's failure to obtain, maintain, or comply with any required licenses, permits, registrations, approvals, certifications, insurance, or tax obligations under applicable laws and regulations.
(iii.) Any act, omission, negligence, misconduct, misrepresentation, or illegal activity by the service provider, including but not limited to the provision of tours, transportation, accommodation, rentals, or sale of products.
(iv.) Any injury, death, property damage, loss, dispute, or harm suffered by a traveler, user, third party, or government authority arising from or related to the service provider's services or products.
(v.) Any claim that the service provider's content, listings, services, or products infringe or violate the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, consumer protection, or privacy rights.
This indemnification obligation survives the termination or suspension of the service provider's account and use of the Globi Explore platform.
By listing services, products, or accommodations on Globi Explore, Inc., each service provider acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for understanding, complying with, and adhering to all applicable local, regional, national, and international laws, regulations, and requirements in the jurisdictions in which they operate.
This includes, without limitation, laws and regulations relating to licensing, permits, tourism services, transportation, accommodation, rentals, consumer protection, safety, insurance, taxation, and local government or community requirements.
Service providers acknowledge that Globi Explore, Inc. does not provide legal advice, does not guarantee the legality of any service or listing, and is not responsible for monitoring or enforcing providers' compliance with local laws.
Globi Explore, Inc supports different categories of users, including but not limited to Travelers, Tour Guides, Transport Providers, and Marketplace Sellers. Each user type operates as an independent individual or business. Globi Explore, Inc. does not employ, supervise, manage, or control any user, and all users act solely on their own behalf. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between Globi Explore, Inc. and any user.
Travelers are individuals who use the Platform to explore destinations, connect with other users, share content, and may request or book services offered by independent providers. Travelers acknowledge that Globi Explore, Inc. does not own, operate, or guarantee any of the services offered by other users.
Tour Guides are verified individuals who offer local guided experiences through the Platform. Verification is limited to confirming identity or account authenticity and does not constitute an endorsement, professional qualification, background check, or guarantee of quality by Globi Explore, Inc.
Transport Providers are verified individuals or businesses offering local transportation or related mobility services. Verification confirms identity only and does not imply that Globi Explore, Inc. has assessed safety, licensing, or legal compliance.
Marketplace Sellers are verified users or businesses listing travel-related products or souvenirs on the Platform. Globi Explore, Inc. is not the seller of record for any such products and assumes no responsibility for product descriptions, pricing, shipping, or delivery.
All users must adhere to these Terms, respect other members of the community, and use the Platform ethically. Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of accounts, against any user who fails to comply with these expectations or engages in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful conduct.
Users may create and share content on the Platform, including but not limited to posts, photos, videos, images, ratings, and reviews. By uploading, posting, or otherwise making content available through Globi Explore, Inc, you remain the owner of your content but grant Globi Explore, Inc certain limited rights to use it as described below.
By submitting or sharing content, you:
Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to moderate, monitor, edit, remove, or restrict any content at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to content that violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law. Globi Explore, Inc. is not obligated to monitor all content and assumes no responsibility or liability for any user-generated content, including errors, omissions, or any damages resulting from the use of such content.
Certain services on Globi Explore, Inc., such as booking tour guides, arranging local transportation, or purchasing items from the marketplace, may require payment. Globi Explore, Inc. facilitates these payments securely through integrated third-party payment processors. Globi Explore, Inc. does not process or store complete payment card information directly and relies on these independent processors to handle financial transactions in compliance with applicable laws and security standards.
By making a payment through the Platform, you authorize Globi Explore, Inc. to charge your selected payment method for the full transaction amount, including any applicable taxes, service charges, and fees. You acknowledge that certain transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees or third-party processor charges, for which Globi Explore, Inc. is not responsible.
All fees and charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm or complete a transaction. Once confirmed, payments are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in Globi Explore, Inc.'s refund or cancellation policies.
Users who receive payments through the Platform, such as guides, sellers, or transport providers, are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or other legal obligations arising from their activities. Globi Explore, Inc. does not act as a tax agent or intermediary and assumes no responsibility for users' tax compliance.
Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to modify, introduce, or adjust pricing structures, commissions, or platform fees at any time. Any such changes will be communicated to users through the Platform or by other reasonable means before taking effect.
Users may offer or purchase services or goods through the Globi Explore, Inc. marketplace. Globi Explore, Inc. provides only the technological platform that facilitates these connections and transactions. All agreements, payments, and exchanges of services or goods occur directly between users. Globi Explore, Inc. is not a party to any transaction, contract, or interaction between users and assumes no responsibility for such dealings.
All transactions between users (for example, between a traveler and a guide, a buyer and a seller, or a rider and a transport provider) are conducted at each party's own risk. Globi Explore, Inc. does not guarantee, control, or endorse the existence, quality, safety, legality, suitability, or timely delivery of any services or goods listed on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the reliability, reputation, and legitimacy of others before engaging in any transaction.
Globi Explore, Inc. does not own or manage any of the products, experiences, or listings offered by users, and does not provide warranties of any kind, express or implied, relating to those services or goods. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globi Explore, Inc. disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, damage, claim, or dispute arising from or connected to user-to-user transactions.
Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right, at its discretion, to verify, suspend, or remove any marketplace listings, accounts, or content that violate these Terms, applicable law, or community guidelines. However, Globi Explore, Inc. is not obligated to screen or monitor all listings and assumes no responsibility for doing so.
To promote user safety and trust, Globi Explore, Inc. may, at its discretion, conduct identity verification, background screening, or business license checks. Such verification is limited to confirming identity or documentation and does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any user's conduct, qualifications, or compliance with law.
Transactions on Globi Explore, Inc. are handled through secure, compliant providers (Stripe, PayPal, Adyen, Payoneer).
These processors may collect payment and limited tax-related data to fulfill obligations such as VAT or sales-tax calculation via Stripe Tax or Avalara.
Globi Explore, Inc. does not process or retain full payment card details.
You acknowledge and agree that Globi Explore, Inc. provides a technology platform that enables users to connect, communicate, and transact directly with one another. Globi Explore, Inc. does not own, control, manage, operate, supervise, or direct any user or third-party service, nor does it guarantee the actions, performance, accuracy, or safety of any user, listing, or service.
You use the Platform and all related services at your own risk. All interactions, communications, bookings, transactions, and agreements between users are made independently and at their sole discretion. Globi Explore, Inc. is not a party to any such arrangements and bears no responsibility for any aspect of those dealings, including disputes, cancellations, or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globi Explore, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, property damage, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or any other losses or damages arising from or in connection with:
Globi Explore, Inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the total amount you paid to Globi Explore, Inc. in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Globi Explore, Inc. disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, non-infringement, or availability. Globi Explore, Inc. makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content will be safe, legal, or reliable.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions and limitations shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account or access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a user:
Suspended or terminated users may immediately lose access to their accounts, listings, content, messages, and any other data associated with the Platform. Globi Explore, Inc. is not obligated to provide advance notice or explanation for any suspension or termination, nor is it required to retain, restore, or return any content or data once access is revoked.
Termination decisions are made solely at the discretion of Globi Explore, Inc. and are final. Globi Explore, Inc. shall not be liable to any user or third party for any damages, losses, or claims resulting from the suspension or termination of an account.
Users who believe their account was terminated in error may contact Globi Explore, Inc. through the designated support channels for limited review, but Globi Explore, Inc. reserves full discretion in deciding whether to reinstate any account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, the jurisdiction of Globi Explore, Inc.'s incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Users agree that any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be governed exclusively by Delaware law.
Users acknowledge that Globi Explore, Inc. operates digitally across borders and may be accessed from jurisdictions outside Delaware or Georgia. Regardless of location, these Terms are deemed to have been entered into in the State of Delaware, U.S.A., and all rights and obligations of the parties shall be governed accordingly. Globi Explore, Inc. strives to resolve disputes in a manner that is fair, efficient, and globally accessible.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Globi Explore, Inc. at [email protected]. If an informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, conducted in English, administered by a recognized arbitration provider (such as JAMS or the American Arbitration Association (AAA)) in accordance with its applicable rules and procedures.
The arbitration may be conducted remotely or virtually, unless both parties agree otherwise in writing. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that arbitration is the sole and exclusive forum for resolving any disputes arising under these Terms.
By using the Platform, you waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You further agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, confidential information, or to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform.
Globi Explore, Inc. may update, modify, or replace these Terms from time to time at its sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to users through reasonable means, such as email notification, in-app alert, or a notice posted on the Platform. The updated version will indicate the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms.
All changes become effective upon posting unless otherwise specified. By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
Globi Explore, Inc. is not obligated to maintain prior versions of these Terms, and it is the user‘s responsibility to review the current Terms periodically.
12.1 Globi Explore facilitates connections between travelers and independent service providers. All travel activities, tours, rides, and experiences arranged through the Platform carry inherent risks including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, illness, adverse weather, political instability, and natural disasters.

12.4 Globi Explore assumes no liability for any injury, death, property damage, or loss arising from services arranged through the Platform. Users participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.
13.1 The “Travel Buddy” feature enables Platform users to connect for shared travel experiences. Buddy connections are peer-to-peer relationships; Globi Explore does not screen, vet, or guarantee the suitability of any travel buddy.

13.4 Buddy Reviews: After shared travel experiences, users may submit ratings and reviews. All reviews must be honest, factual, and non-defamatory. Globi Explore reserves the right to remove reviews that violate Community Guidelines.
13.5 Co-Traveler Liability: Each traveler in a buddy arrangement is independently responsible for their own safety, belongings, travel documents, health, and insurance. No buddy assumes liability for another unless separately agreed in writing outside this Platform.
Globi Explore may cancel bookings due to safety concerns, policy violations, or force majeure events. Full refund will be issued in such cases.
Payment disputes must be submitted within 14 days of the service date through the Platform's dispute resolution system. Both parties will have the opportunity to provide evidence. Globi Explore's decision on disputes is final but may be escalated to binding arbitration per Article 10.

15.3 Real-Time Trip Sharing: The Platform provides trip tracking features for safety. Users are encouraged to share real-time trip details with trusted contacts.
In case of accident or emergency during a Platform-arranged ride:
Globi Explore, Inc. is committed to providing a platform free from discrimination. All users, service providers, and community members must treat others with dignity, respect, and fairness regardless of their identity or background.
Discrimination, harassment, or differential treatment based on any of the following characteristics is strictly prohibited on the Platform:
Globi Explore, Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. Service providers may not refuse service, cancel bookings, impose different terms, or provide inferior service based on any protected characteristic. Users may not engage in discriminatory language, conduct, or behavior in any interaction on or facilitated by the Platform, including messaging, reviews, ratings, and in-person encounters during tours, rides, or buddy meetups.

All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. Confirmed violations result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent removal depending on severity. Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to cooperate with relevant civil rights authorities and law enforcement where applicable.
Globi Explore, Inc. is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. Sexual misconduct and harassment of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

Service providers are encouraged, and in some jurisdictions may be legally required, to provide reasonable accommodations for users with disabilities. This includes but is not limited to accessible vehicles for transport providers, accessible tour routes for guides, and accurate accessibility disclosures in listings. Failure to comply with applicable accessibility laws is the sole responsibility of the service provider.
Globi Explore, Inc. operates as a technology platform that connects users with independent service providers. The Platform does not provide, underwrite, or guarantee any insurance coverage for users, service providers, or third parties.
All service providers operating on the Platform are required to obtain and maintain adequate insurance coverage as follows:
Service providers must submit proof of valid insurance during onboarding and renew documentation annually. Failure to maintain required insurance may result in listing suspension or account termination.
Globi Explore, Inc. is a technology intermediary and is not an insurer, travel agency, transportation carrier, tour operator, or employer. The Platform's role is limited to facilitating connections between users and independent service providers.

The integrity of ratings and reviews is essential to maintaining trust on the Platform. Globi Explore, Inc. takes active measures to ensure that all reviews are genuine, fair, and reflective of actual user experiences.

Globi Explore, Inc. employs automated systems and human review to detect and remove fraudulent or manipulated reviews. Our review verification process includes:
Globi Explore, Inc. reserves the right to remove, edit, or hide any review at its sole discretion if it determines the review violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise harmful to the integrity of the Platform.
